What is the dispute about? Owner reclaimed account.
Other details / notes: Another issue on the same account occured on the 07.08.2022. I did not open a dispute because the seller/owner gave it to me after i messaged him about it. He said it was "hacked" and he got an email. Then he set it back to the default email by showing his drivers license.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
In an earlier occurrence the owner also stated that he can set back the acc to it's original state by providing an id to blizz. This also states that he's the original owner.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
