I got this error code when trying to log on the account I bought
I googled what it meant and found this article

These were the messages for proof of me buying the account
This was when I realised my account was taken back
Payment Screenshots (make sure the accused email is visible):

This is the email he gave me to use to log in the account I bought
On the day of the account reclaim I was still logged into this Gmail and this was the message that was received in the inbox
When translated this message is essentially verification for an authentication code.
This email was issued on the same day my account got reclaimed.
The only owners of this Gmail account are me and him
Here is him saying he created the gmail
He linked his Bandai Namco account to the Dragon Ball Legends account he gave me and ensured me he only linked the Gmail and not the Bandai Namco account.
