My seller seems 'trustworthy' and willing to help however it's a 700$ scam so i remain sceptical as to who really claimed the account back. Especially since he told me to pay with the Friends&Family
option so we wouldn't incur any extra fees but i learnt made me lose my "buyer protection" (it was my first time on paypal or anything like it but i should have guessed).
The account name was also supposed changeable as said on the thread linked below but was not.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Everything but the "Kickstarter backer number" and the original email. However none of them are/were showing up on the account profile (i created a dummy account before buying one). The kickstarter backer number is exclusive to limited editions accounts ( bought in 2018 ) and is solely used for support ticket requests. Oddly this game uses two emails, one of them (original email) is hidden after the account creation and is used for support ticket requests only.

Yep, I received this account from https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/ash...r-of-worlds-100-off-original-pricing.1516300/ sometime last year. Seller seemed great, but didn't provide me with the Kickstarter backer # or the account as he claimed that it was linked to his private email.

@Angel Is there a way to contact Kalaghan? I remember using discord with him, but he unfriended me after the transaction and after a long period of time I deleted his contact and forgot his tag, as the transaction was done well over a year ago.

You are responsible for everything you sell here. Also in the thread were stated that the account name is changeable but the buyer claims it was not. This is a false advertisement and you automatically lose the dispute.

The previous decision will remain. After a refund is made you can continue with an attempt to reach the original owner and ask him to help.

Hi,

Had you not sold the account or had he claimed the account a few weeks/months ago you'd have been scammed anyway. However now you're taking advantage of your luck and the fact that you sold it already to keep the money. That sounds extremely scummy to me. Especially since you made 300$ out of this while i lost 700$ which is a 1000$ difference between the two of us, not fair at all. I'd also like to point out that i didn't ask my bank for a refund taking the money back but tried to work this out with the support and the original owner when this happened so you'd not have to refund me.

Now refunding me would make me lose 50$ ( MM fees ) and make you lose 385$ ( 335$ difference which is way lower than 1000$) . While this seems unfair as well, you are the reseller and did buy/sold AoC accounts multiple times already so it is your "job" just like a merchant to make sure that your "wares" are as described and actually safe to buy. And as said earlier had he claimed the account back a few weeks/months ago you'd have been alone in this plus you already made a lot of profit by flipping accounts so you are already "refunded" in a way as it is part of the buying/selling job to have to refund a customer one day, just like everywhere, mistakes are bound to occur at some point. So this refund is actually fair.

On the side i also feel tricked by the name being non changeable and that you didn't mention the original email or even the kickstarter backer number being necessary for the account ownership at the time of the sale. Considering that you bought/sold several kickstarter accounts
already you most probably knew about them ( as i said in the first post, they were not showing up on my "dummy" account so i had no way of knowing about them beforehand).

@EpicNPC Is there some way I can get an impartial person to judge this case? Angel hasn't responded to my response to the scenario, but has opened up to the other end of the party with what seems is clearly a threat of ban without notifying me. I just want to hear from you about this case. I'm feeling extremely powerless without even clear reasoning given by Angel to my response (which he should have read).

My previous decision was clear. You failed to reach the original owner and you are unable to retrieve the account. There is nothing we can do here.
@Noburstlel yesterday comes in my PM and asked me to give him a chance to talk with you to try to find some decision which I did. There is no update from him so ban warning has not been given yet.

I am sure that @EpicNPC will gladly review this case and he is going to respond later

Nau, you stated you could not recover the account in April, but obviously you did since you resold it in June. How did you get the account back? Did you give Dylan a full refund? If not, then the account is not yours and you're scamming.

@Dylan Fitzpatrick did Nau provide you with a full refund?

If Dylan does not reply, Nau must provide video evidence showing a full refund was given to Dylan.

Since Nau has the ability to recover the account as he's already done it once. A full refund MUST be issued to Noburstlel.

Ban in 48 hrs if this is not done.

What do you mean? I never sold the account to @Dylan Fitzpatrick and I never used the [email protected] for this transaction since I lost access to it long ago when dealing with Georgio Lopez.

What do you mean? I never sold the account to @Dylan Fitzpatrick and I never used the [email protected] for this transaction since I lost access to it long ago when dealing with Georgio Lopez.

April 1st: Georgio Lopez sells account to Dylan Fitzpatrick
April 2nd: Dylan reported the account as recalled.

Both you (nau) and Kalaghan were then added to the chat in April because you were the previous owners to help resolve the issue. You stated you could not help recall because you didn't have enough information. The issue remains unresolved because there were no further updates by anyone.

It's clear Nau is a scammer who's recalling and reselling the same account over an over. He's been banned.

Noburstlel is opening a dispute with his bank to recover the payment.

@Georgio Lopez you can also file a payment dispute against Nau for the April transaction. Paypal gives 180 day to open a dispute, so you would have plenty of time to still open it.

I will only if Dylan runs into an issue since that account went to him within 2 days as long as he get needs it returned within the 180 day window. I never heard anything back from him after the initial resolution.

Dylan no longer has the account. The username in both sales is 'Icarium' and it was sold multiple times. Dylan just hasn't noticed or didn't bother reporting the account was recalled, but I can confirm 100% Dylan no longer has this account. I attempted to contact him also, but he has not replied yet.
