Steam has made few of my accounts default, it means that email and password went back to my friends. You will reclaim it as soon as possible. Sorry I've lost my dad last friday, I couldn't be on computer for week so I'm really really sorry. Please wait for my responce on skype

Don't worry You will get it back. It isn't my fault that steam sucks. If someone would even try to recall account through support they won't reply. Trust me I've lost account worth more than 100$, I had all the proofs that account was mine and steam didn't even wrote me back so don't worry You will get it back asap

Steam has been very slow, so this might take a while.

Xzibin please send me proof you have contacted Steam support to recover this account by showing me an image of the Steam ticket. Please do not block anything out and make sure the account info is visible in the image.

3 people had problem with accounts. 2 got it back cause went default. biller72 propably lost his account or gave it to someone so I won't get it back. Steam support never write back. He had changed mail and password so I couldn't get it back. If You don't trust me check steam's support. I won't give him money back also. He had this account for more than month. Maybe he changed everything and tries to scam my money who knows. You can ban me if You want to. I don't care. I lost my dad 3 weeks ago and I have my personal problems. I won't pay someone because he lost account or get hacked. It isn't my fault sorry

Steams support sucks proof of my most expensive acc stole. Support didn't replied:

i didn't lose it, sell, trade, or get hacked when i lost access to it there wasn't even a confirmation code for steam guard meaning the OO recalled it or they reset for some reason...
if you actually had the original email you could get it back...
i don't see the issue other than you tried to steal the account back

if they ban you i will recall the money.

Sorry for you losing your father but that doesnt change your responsibility. You cannot just pull the i will not refund because he lost the account because quite simply that is not what happened. A refund is owed or you will be banned. You can either recover the account or refund

I can write to support but they won't reply for 99,9% or You will have to wait few months for reply. That's sick. Seriously 33 positive feedback and You think I would scam? There is nothing on original mail, I can't recall it cause it didn't went default that's why I'm assuming that someone hacked You or something like that. But why should I pay You? It is Your property not mine anymore. You had changed mail and password, steam guard should be online, maybe You made it offline?. I didn't had any access to the account and as You can see on previous picture support really sucks :/. Sorry inconvinience but it isn't my fault man

You were asked to open a support ticket 3 weeks ago. The customer was willing to wait for a recall, but it now appears you never opened one.

At this time we do not know what happened to the account. Xzibin you could be correct and maybe he got scammed when trying to resell or trade it or lost the account on his own somehow. However you have no proof.
biller72 has no proof that the OO recalled either.

When a dispute like this is reported, the only way we can determine what happened is to open a support ticket and ask. Many times support will say that someone recently submitted ID, then we know it was the OO.

Please open a support ticket and provide proof within 48 hrs. We will not wait another 3 weeks only to find out you never opened one.
 
the account hasn't been logged into in 20 days, it wasn't scammed traded or sold. it has to have been recalled to the original email, which he doesn't have.

i posted a ticket the day the account got recalled and they finally responded to it after a month. they want proof of purchase before the email was changed, which i do not have, i msgd xzibin on skype Tuesday for that information and he hasn't responded.

Xzibin has been notified. Xzibin please provide biller72 with the original purchase information that Steam is requesting so he can complete the account recovery.

Xzibin has failed to respond in a lengthy time frame. yet has been active on this site. He has been banned. A successful charge back will not be considered his repayment of the account. Please contact a mod to reopen this dispute if he eventually refunds you.
