bought the acc from tgs (thegamesupply) back in jul 27 2021 for $419.99 then sold to vizions like a month later for $200

What account info they received at the time of purchase. Secret Question/answer, original email, ID image?

Did anyone click the "I did not initiate this email change" link in that email? If yes, what happened?

Vizions did you sell the account against after purchasing? If so, please link their account.
 
I didn't get an original email or an ID with purchase, no.

I did not sell the account, it sat posted until someone inquired about it. I attempted to login to the site for the first time in 6ish months and checked the email when my login info no longer worked.
 
I have not, I have never contacted a GM about a recall and wasn't sure what the protocol was with IP addresses or risk associated, etc.
