Account Recalled Today... What are my Options?

So I traded last month to a guy who I thought was very trustworthy. An entire month later, while I was in the middle of a raid, I was randomly disconnected... The e-mail wasn't even changed which leads me to think that Blizzard had something to do with it. If not, what are my options? I have been recalled before but this account was much more special to me. Unfortunately he has disappeared. Is there a way I could get my old account back? Or would Blizzard ban just both accounts? Ugh.
