Not sure where else to put this, but in June I purchased a character from a moderator on the site which was recalled 1 month later. I contacted him shortly afterwards and tried to figure out if I could either get my money back or if we could work something out so I was compensated for the account I purchased. I realize that I run the risk of this happening with any account purchased and nothing can be guaranteed 100% safe, but I figured since he was a moderator, something could/would be done.
I moved a few states away shortly after he said he filed a Pay-pal complaint on the person he bought it from so I kind of lost track of the situation at that time, but that was supposed to be case closed a month ago and I still haven't even heard back from him. I have all the PMs between us and the original AIM conversation we had if someone would like to see those.
In the end, I would just love to be able to get most (if not all) of my money back and be done with it. If this is in the wrong section, please point me in the direction of the correct forum I should post this. Thanks.
