Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Bought the account from him, he went first and everything was smooth. 3 weeks later he recalls the account by submitting a Blizzard ticket. No response from him.
Other details / notes: A week after I bought the account from him, he added me on Skype asking for an OW placement boost. We got everything settled and as for payment, he refunded the payment I sent for the account I bought from him + extra cost for the boost. Because of this, I can't dispute the payment for the account I purchased through PayPal.
