Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I bought this morning, when I was at school I saw a password change, made me a bit curious, when someone came to buy it, when the buyer tried to login it wasn't working,, I tried all the passwords I use, then i tried to reset the password, nothing came. I'm still logged in on my laptop, this is the email it is under now

I didn't recall the account I have reason to believe he changed the email himself to get a refund.

I contacted riot support asking if it was recovered I wont refund him till I get a reply.
He also said a password change request was sent 1 hour before then he was instantly locked out I have high doubt riot support replies in 1 hour.

I think before the time the account is being sold from

CarterNPC, the OO ( a third person) is recalling the account, the ticket should be sent to riot from OO before the sale is made.

And Riot wont tell you if the account have been recalled or not to you. You will never get a result from riot regarding such info.

We can wait until riot replies. But if its inconclusive or does not show it was not recalled our lol disputes rule requires a refund or replacement.

I disputed the payment, he asked me to because he couldn't send the payment for some bullshit reason and then he said he doesn't care if I get my money back or not, I can't screenshot atm BECAUSE I can't screenshot on an andriod

Kitprim Contact paypal and refund the payment. Carter recovering a payment from you if he even does is not considered you compensating him

Is he really asking for my word? We've talked in skype and paypal won't comply and at this rate ban or not does not matter to me .
I honestly dont care if he gets his money back im 99.99% sure he just changed the email and claimed I scammed him and suddenly the accounts name changes too after I claim games have been played? Just ban me.

Then a ban you get. All you had to do was CALL paypal, if there really was an issue you could not send a refund.
A successful recovery by carter via paypal recall is NOT same as willing resolving the issue. The ban will not be over turned if Carter wins.
