What is the dispute about?
User sold me account under the guise it was their own personal account, roughly a week later account was recalled. Owner admitted stating that it was their friend's account supposedly.
Tried to supposedly help recover the account, gave them benefit of the doubt. Did some digging and found out the user who reclaimed the account changed the names of the character, besides the alts.
Confronted them and they removed me off discord and deleted their messages.
Other details / notes:
They dealt with a previous scammer I reported while back, I have suspicion they're either same person and or they're a group of individuals.
I'd request an investigation into all possible transactions the user had made on the site to be safe.

Can't open support ticket to recover account. Owner never provided original email. They removed my phone and email associated with it. Everything associated is in the imgur link as provided.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) Yes, in the logs
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Provided Steam user and password
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? About 1 week
