What is the dispute about?
The account got recalled on 5 September 2021, I've contacted customer support to retrieve the account with other info I have about the account (the original email is the seller's email), and found that the account's email is switched back to the seller's email.
I managed to get the account back once with customer support and the email is changed back to the seller's email again after a few mins.
After asking the seller on discord and he claims that he know nothing about it, and promised that he will help to retrieve the account after Thursday (today is Saturday). And he never replied after that until now.

Other details / notes:
I can't charge back since the transaction is over a year, I hope he give an explanation to this ASAP. I don't have much hope getting the account back or refunds but just to prevent more victims.

Hello, i'm the seller of the account you are talking about. Tbh I have nothing to say. I helped him many times when he got already his account stolen. I can provide screen of our conversations. Now he is accusing me of stealing his account and tbh is non of my business anymore even with the accusations he made to me.

Yes, you helped me twice when I got hacked before this. Which is why I asked you and waited for days before I made this thread, and up until now you still didn't give me an explanation on why is the 'hacker' this time is changing the account's email again and again back to your email, which also require verification on YOUR email through Customer Support. I also have proof given in this thread which show that you're recalling the account through Customer Support.
