Describe the problem: account got recalled today been told I have all information for the account to get it back but he mentioned only me and him know the full information of the account and got defensive that he tried to call me out about it that I changed the account information but I have no access to it nor can (refund) any money since you know paypal policy and this is a very long term scam.. so yeah I am not talking about what was spent but what I spent on the account its over level 100 steam and has many cosmitics in dead by daylight and spent more than 2k$ total I can provide screenshots if asked by epicnpc admins.
I JUST wanted the account back but seems that is a no. I contacted steam support and they told me that my information was not enough to proof the ownership of the account. Any further information will be in pictures below.. will be updating images and uploading more if asked

That being said he said I provided all proof needed and he is the only owner of this account that we both have **full info** of the account yet it was recalled magically? If I have access to the account why now I would accuse you being scammer or recalling the account? I EVEN waited steam support reply but there is no use of that since you own the original email and you have full access to it there is no way I'd keep the ownership 100% of this account regardless of what you going to say since steam only cares about the original owner and only that

Buyer contacted me yesterday via EpicNPC messages to say the account information has been changed. Did not provide any evidence of the account being recalled when I asked. When I sold the account to him he was provided with with all the info he requested pertaining to the original email and account creation, including transaction history and game keys. During our messages yesterday I made it clear that I would assist him in trying to get the account back, even though it appears that he recalled the account himself to try to double dip and get his money back. I have no problem providing any information necessary to settle this dispute.

Thing is I cannot recall an account with no real information, that being said true you gave information but it is not good enough to provide steam support to get it back yet you accuse me back that I recall my own account that I been playing 1.3K hours more on the game myself which is ironic, any additional information needed will be provided when admins need thank you

Lets cut the chase short, he has the original email address and I do not, I have no legal way to obtain access back at all and he could have lied on which email he provided me to be a fake just gave him the benefit of the doubt and went for it but yeah I do not own the original he does.

If as you say I did recover then why not recover it and provide me with it since you have the original email address? Or just accusing me with having no og email and blabbering nonesense? Honestly this is not a valid point from you at all I cannot recover it with the little information I have gotten off you

My point stands, steam owes the real original owner not 2nd or 3rd or whatever owner simply you said you are the original and the email was your personal email so cannot help me further than *giving* me which email it was *I don't know if true or not though* so no idea if it is the real one

Nobody has the ability to recall the account except the buyer and I. As far as I know there is no 3rd party that could have gained access to the account, and thus my only assumption is that he is trying to get a refund for the account he's been using for a year

I rather get scammers banned than getting my money to practise these silly acts on people and take advantages on them since most scammers does not pay back anyway

For sure I am waiting the staff as well at least we agreed on something, as I stand by saying I never asked for money I asked for the account back since I put my soul and my personal money after buying the account seeing I have it with me for 5 months total I spent here and there in it, yet he made fun of it how it reached +2k $ value for *500$* account which not even accurate I bought it 550$ please look into this further before saying nonesense

I can't seem to find out where to make a ticket to recall an account. The 'My account was stolen" page just tells you to change your password, and I can't find where to make a general ticket after going through steam's nightmare FAQ page. Any idea?

I've read that post as well as a couple others and it is unfortunately outdated, there is no button to contact steam support at the bottom of the account recovery page. Maybe the buyer can advise as he's posted screenshots of him attempting to recover the account.

The only way I can find to create a ticket is to post it under "Unauthorized purchase on my account", let me know if this is what you'd like me to do.
