What is the dispute about?
Account was recovered 5 days after transaction, seller unwilling to resolve dispute. Tried to resolve outside of dispute ticket but seller keeps saying “wait” or he’s at work.
Other details / notes:
Seller stated that gmail would be given fully, after transaction just gave me stove ID and password, said the gmail doesn’t exist.
