What is the dispute about?
Finalized purchase for Steam account on 4/27. 1 month later received email notice that the account was Self-Locked, and later that my 2FA phone number has been removed from the account. Attempted to reach out to seller to no response.

Did the seller say he's the original owner?
Sale post indicated it was his personal account, and the steam name (x_liam) matches the first name of his PayPal email ([email protected]).
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale?
Account login information, username and password changed by middleman.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
1 month.
