What is the dispute about?
I tried logging into my genshin account but couldn’t, I tell seller about it. They give the recovery info but the account username (in game) was the same one when I first had the account. So the old owner had gotten the account back. I tell the seller this and they confirm that is the original user of the account.
Other details / notes: The player on the account is Active even though, the seller claimed that they don’t play the game as much. And basically sold me account with the old owner still having access to the account. And at the time I didn’t know the uid so in the some of the Proof is me asking for the uid. Another thing is that I couldn’t log in / change the password by username even though I changed it as it was unset. Used the username that they sent me from the account Account recovery info and it shows a Different email than mines

Did the seller say he's the original owner?
In the post they pick that they were the original owner but when talking they say they got the accounts from a supplier/friend
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale?
On the day of the sale, payment info but trying to get the account back whatever info they had about the account. And had gotten it from the supplier
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
2 to 3? Weeks
