Since Freakz is putting 7.3 patch near end of this month u will be able to upgrade gear on Hunter,DK and Shaman.
Hunter can upgrade all gear to max ilvl for next patch(u can chose what gear will u take for what spec u want).
Dk and Shaman can upgrade all gear and you will get MAX TRAITS when patch is released.
