Account locked.

One of my accounts have been locked, i have the ID for the account but it is locked and needs a form to be unlocked its WoW accounts, Anyone provide a server that can help me with this issue?

Fake ID's and the like are not allowed here.

Sounds like the terms of use form or notary paperwork. Does it say it needs it notorized to prove identity?
