@EmptyxD I thought we had an agreement? A few people reached out to me claiming that you were going to sell my account outside of EpicNPC for triple the price point that we agreed on was going to be returned to you when I have the money by October. Can you please clarify your intentions here because I’m starting to doubt everything that you said.

I have not sold anything, and won't.That was before we had come to an agreement.
Something doesn’t add up the date you were going to sell my account was on August 23rd the guy had a screenshot and everything we had an agreement on Friday 21st of August. The date we had an agreement was 2 days before you put my account on sale to other platforms. Please explain to me @EmptyxD you were the last person I expected to do this.
I currently do not have the funds to return to him yet which is partly why I had to sell my account in the first place for money so I can afford my tuition but now that I have to pay for my own account which I don’t have at the moment. That’s why I made an agreement with empty on October that I refund his payment and I have my account returned to me on day the I have the money.

Right, I'll be honest with you. Waiting two months is rough on top of the fact that I have to deal with the fact that you can take my account back, it's kinda stressful. And like I said, I have no intention of selling it. I will definitely wait til October if that's what takes, but I would like your word.

The post was made before we had agreed upon our deal, people still message me however. I can remove the post if you like.
He wouldn’t lose any money but I will because originally my asking price for my account was $800 and that‘s the lowest I can possibly go for an account that I spent so much money and time investing in acquiring almost all the heroes excluding the free 3 stars. The only reason I agreed to trade with empty cause his account value was approximately $600-$700 plus an $125 fee for the extra stuff on my account and I was pretty desperate in need of cash so I sold it to the first person that’s interested in it. But I didn’t expect the traded account to be recalled. So even if the account was sold I’ll receive not even a fraction of the price he was selling for $400.
You have no idea lol I have to pay for my tuition fee which I don’t have the money for plus the fact I have to drop out of school because I do not have enough money to cover my rent either. I even had to quit my part time job and as a student living alone I can’t sustain myself not with the on going epidemic you have no idea how much pressure and stress I’m dealing with right now @EmptyxD.
I don't know what the buyer's offer was only that it was "triple the price point that we agreed".
It wouldn't hurt to look for a buyer while you wait on the $200 payment. If get a good offer, that would resolve it for everyone and if not, then you just wait for the $200 payment.

I meant that he was possibly trying to sell my account for more profit because the $200 that we agreed on wasn‘t enough for him. Though I’m not sure how much my account was put up on sale for and if it was sold idk how much I would receive in return to cover my loss.

Here to update our situation @EmptyxD changed his mind a few days ago and declined my offer to refund him for my account. He decided that he wants to keep my account after pulling F Lidica from the anniversary covenant. I’ve given him time to come up with a solution but he’s been giving me the same response “I’ll get back to you”, “I’m busy” and today he’s been ignoring my messages. I’ve offered him a large discount that includes a discharge fee that covers his transaction with Redkidd but he still thinks that isn’t good enough. I really don’t know what I’m gonna do.

The only way i see this happening is, if i get refund on how much i've spent as well which near 200 on in game purchases. So I would be looking at around 400. I personally think thats fair. No way, i can give it back for 200usd and screw myself over for 200 for an investment that i put into the account, seeing as i would permanently own the account.
if you can invest in monthly $100 dollar packs then you can you can afford to buy the account which you have not and refused to pay even after I offer a discount to my already low price. Which one is it? Also I am not responsible for your “investment” when you are literally about to sell my account outside of EpicNPC.
You didn’t even bother replying to my messages after I’ve asked you countless times to negotiate the pricing of my account and it’s absolutely gross how you are charging me the price of the packs you’re buying when I value my price according to the market if I were to charge you my investment that’ll be more than 4k in total which you could not ever afford when you can’t even afford to pay me $400 that’s already a huge discount from my original asking price.
Since you have already paid $125 I’ll deduct that plus I’ll add another $190 to the deduction to cover your fees with redkidd and no you cannot charge me the pack fees that you’re investing in my AngryHoe account because that is absurd and absolutely ridiculous as you’ll be keeping the account you’re investing in. In total that will bring the price down to $485 that is very fair for the both of us. So please consider the deal

July 18 - EmptyxD trades same account + $125 to SeiShonagon for his account

The money was spent before then. I have spent maybe 20ish usd after Aug 12. That's it.
Wait if you didn’t spend any money after our agreement then why have you increased the price drastically? Originally we had an agreement for $200 but now you want double the money that we agreed on. Not to mention our agreement was literally 2 weeks ago. Me paying $400 for my own account plus the account that I traded for got taken back it’s like the trade never happened and that Im being scammed to pay $400 for putting my own account up for sale. I really need the money for school @EmptyxD im not even joking and now you want me to buy my own account for $400 that’s ridiculous. I’m the one that’s losing everything how does that “fair“ to you when Im the one paying off your debt. Also please stop spending money on a account that you’re going to be selling and then increase the price with the packs you bought without the buyers consent that’s literally cheating. It seems clear EmptyxD ([email protected]) does not plan to resolve this issue. He's been banned until he does.

Unfortunately I don’t think he’s planning on returning my account since he’s running away with it and I’ll end up losing my money
. But thank you for helping me it’s been really stressful dealing with this scam while trying to find the money to fund for my college tuition.
