What is the dispute about? I can login into gmail but epic 7 account is no longer there. The epic seven account is gone. I asked MM to go back into account to look at it. The issue began when I asked for first purchased details and the seller was giving me a hard time and lying about everything. Originally seller had posted that he was original owner, until I asked if this was same album, which user claim it was, seller kept lowering price over and over to try to complete a sale with me, which I finally agreed. But I felt something was off and wanted to make sure I had first purchased details to be on the safe side. When I started asking questions and asking for first purchased was when problems occurred. I asked the MM to go back in to the gmail and login for himself and look at the account to investigate. It is no longer there, it's blank and empty. It looks like account got recovered and moved to a different email. Please help me with this dispute.

Tried to claim that he wasn't the original owner and that the guy he bought it from wasn't original owner.

This inquiry was already in the epic seven inquiries when I received the account. It is no longer there.

The account is no longer there when I login and all I see is a screen with no account, it's like a new account. It seems the original owner has move the account to email.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) The seller provided just the email.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2 weeks.

Clearly says I'm not original owner. Also is it even possible to move an account to a different email on epic 7. I've never heard of that. I urge never logged in to email or changed anything. I owned account for about a month with no issues. Zetsu the other owner was very helpful and never caused issues.

Gmail login is very restrictive on epic 7 as long as he has the ownership of it he has the power. The account wasn't tied to stove

I never stated I was original owner and he was never under the impression I was. Idk if that's photo shopped cause I can remember I never posted I was original owner. This all seems very fishy on the buyer as I've had no interaction with E7 since I sold account and the previous owner gave me no issues for over a month while I had account. This all started with the buyer trying to get original receipts from the old owner to link account to stove and pulled in @DOPEBOOST to try and get him to help. He had full ownership with no issues for 2 weeks. He still has ownership. It looks like he reset account. You can't move emails once gmail is tied on epic 7. I've never seen that done

You have been lying too much, as stated above and if you read through it. I want my refund immediately.
 
Who is the original owner of this account? @creative303 purchased an account from @KruzMLG and the previous owner was @zetsu7 is that correct?

@creative303 please post evidence that this image above is related to this account. In all this time i never saw that support voluntarily accepted to switch Gmail links. Honestly, i am not sure they even can. Most recalls happen when the previous owner takes Gmail back but that's all.

There is a way to link two Gmail manually and unlink the current one but for this, you must have access to both Gmail, i tested this method a few months ago for TG purposes but success was less than 50% so i gave up. The process is not simple so i don't think that is used in this case.

I am going to wait for you to answer my questions so i will post possible scenarios and ways how we can solve this.

Unless you have proof of ownership you should never reach out to the company directly some games ban accounts when they know its been given or sold to someone else.

I have been off and on with e7 for several years I have never seen someone be able to switch emails once linked. This is very fishy

@Angel The image I took from before when I still had account but it's moved. I made some inquiries on the account. I asked for first purchased details but was given the run around. When I got the first purchased details it didn't work. The account is completely gone, when you go to inquiries on stove, it ask you to register, when you look into inquiry, it's completely blank. The account got moved.

This is what shows when you login into the email linked to the account on stove. The inquiries don't even show up. It keeps all inquiries in the history for the past year, whether it's deleted, resolved or not. All evidence points to account being moved.

Please have @DOPEBOOST go into Stove Inquiry epic seven and look into it. He will see that it's blank, there's no inquiries and everything is gone.
 
You already stated that the account is Gmail linked, not Stove. Or is Stove, please clarify

@Angel You need the gmail to login. That gmail is also linked to all the inquiries in your history, you can see all inquiries you made. The inquiries are no longer there.

The account got recovered and is no longer in that email.
 
Google and Stove login is not the same, @DOPEBOOST can you please post if the account was Gmail or Stove linked?

The fact he is hitting up smilegate the company when he isn't original owner and doesn't have proof of ownership makes him prone to them banning the account. You still have the gmail ownership. Has anyone logged in at all. I owned this account for over a month with no issues. You had it for 2 weeks no issues until you wanted too for some reason get in contact with smilegate on a bought account which is against TOS. And tie the account to stove when it was gmail linked. Also you still have ownership of email. Pretty sketchy

@DOPEBOOST The ticket was in the Stove inquiry linked to email, it's no longer there. That's what I've been saying. It's like the account never existed.

The ticket should be in here when you login with email but nothing shows up for inquiries for the past year when you go to epic seven inquiries. All my tickets are wipe.

It keeps all inquiries in the history for the past year, whether it's deleted, resolved or not. All evidence points to account being moved.

I presented all evidence and everything I have on hand. I'll let MM handle it moving forward.

1. The epic seven account is no longer there.
2. The epic seven inquiries are no longer there, when you login with the email tied to the epic seven account.
3. MM has access to email, and the account is no longer there.
4. You said the original owner isn't the original owner, so you lied about that, what else are lying about.

* My final response to you, if account is banned, the entire email would be banned and you can't login at all with that email.

Evidence of what you couldn't get proof of ownership which was never promised in the first place. And no if account is banned it basically is deleted. Which would also make sense on inquires being wiped. Pretty sketchy bro. I never had one issue with the account.
 
MM stated that the account was tied with Gmail, not Stove. I am not sure what you showing me Stove website.

@creative303 please post an entire ticket with your request to bind the account with Stove, including their answer. It must be visible that the ticket belongs to the same account. If you can't then i am going to ignore the image of a ticket as irrelevant.

Everyone else, do post until i ask and avoid arguing.
