What is the dispute about? I can login into gmail but epic 7 account is no longer there. The epic seven account is gone. I asked MM to go back into account to look at it. The issue began when I asked for first purchased details and the seller was giving me a hard time and lying about everything. Originally seller had posted that he was original owner, until I asked if this was same album, which user claim it was, seller kept lowering price over and over to try to complete a sale with me, which I finally agreed. But I felt something was off and wanted to make sure I had first purchased details to be on the safe side. When I started asking questions and asking for first purchased was when problems occurred. I asked the MM to go back in to the gmail and login for himself and look at the account to investigate. It is no longer there, it's blank and empty. It looks like account got recovered and moved to a different email. Please help me with this dispute.

Tried to claim that he wasn't the original owner and that the guy he bought it from wasn't original owner.
Keeps claiming that the account doesn't have an original owner. But talks with supposely original owner on a regular basis.
Contacted the person who was supposedly the original owner and he said he was the original owner.
I was given the run around on first purchased details.
This inquiry was already in the epic seven inquiries when I received the account. It is no longer there.
The account is no longer there when I login and all I see is a screen with no account, it's like a new account. It seems the original owner has move the account to email.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) The seller provided just the email.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 2 weeks.
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
