Was not me, maybe whoever gave it to virtua. The ticket was created yesterday at 7pm, I was at the movie theater before that as I went to see Star Trek and the movie started at 7:50 I left my house way before that. I can fwd email of the movie ticket transaction for proof to admins if needed.

The sale and exchange were on the 25th.
Next day you got a password reset email to your email address, so the password could not have been changed, correct?
Next email was account being locked
Next email is a recap email from in-game support saying you have to fill out recover form
27th Knicks123 recovers the locked account

Quite honestly this doesn't make sense to me.

1) The support ticket emails show at 9:25am someone attempted to reset the password, however since the reset email went to your email, they could not reset it.
2) At the exact time of that password email, someone was logged into the account in-game and talking to support. How could this be with a failed password reset?

How could someone be in-game talking to support when they were not able to reset the password to get into the account? This makes no sense.

If someone was logged into the account and talking to in-game support and it wasn't you (Knicks123), then it was already successfully recalled. Why would they then try to change the password again? and why is the email on the account still you're email address, wouldn't it have been changed on the recall?

Honestly this seems like a fake dispute and Knicks123 has had the account the whole time or he resold it and gave the login to someone and they scammed him.

Knicks123 you need to show more proof that another recall happened before 9:25am, otherwise I don't see how it could have been anyone but you or someone you gave the login info to.

Ok let's try this again. Idk how you ended up accusing me with really nothing but an assumption. But let's try this again.

I initiated the purchase with Ayamkambing around 7:00 pm eastern on May 24th. I sent him $300.00 USD through paypal.
Right after the payment i get login and PW.
Once i got the info, i changed the email and used my personal email as as the account email used to login. (pic below)


After i changed the email from what Atamkambing had to MINE, I changed the password right after. (erased some of my email to avoid putting personal info on the thread. But that is my MAIN email address.) Pic below


After i changed both the email and password after i purchased the account, i put an authenticator on it. Pic below



After i put the authenticator on the account i just purchased from Ayakambing, i started playing for a little bit (as you can see on the chat logs i provided) I ask Ayakambing for some advise on how to properly play the toon at 7:00pm eastern all the way up to 7:30 eastern. After 7:30, i went to go watch Fast and furious 6, hence, which is why i was getting a haircut because i was going with friends. (as you can also see in the chatlogs) I get home around 1:30AM Saterday morning. I tried logging in only to find out my password is NOT working. I freak out and PM Ayakambing roughly around the same time. (as you can see in the chatlogs) I was able to get the PW changed with an email that had a link allowing me to change the password. So once i got it all sorted out, i let Ayakambing know that i got it back but someone deff got the pw changed. I proceed to play the rest of the night til around 3:30AM Saterday morning. Afterwards, i went to bed because i had to be at work from 11-6 that same day (i can prove my work schedule if need be) When i got home saterdat around 6:10 i took a shower, got dressed, and went out to eat with some friends which later on lead to us going to watch drag races (i can prove this through my FB) i didn't get home til around 1:30 or so.

Once i got home Sunday morning at 1:30, i tried logging on but the same damn thing happend, my pw was not working. I check my email to see if i had any changes nd came across this. Pic below




And again to other times at 11:26PM and 11:45PM (i was not home at these times.


When i saw this i thought it was clear someone was trying to take it back. I open skype and noticed Virtua contacted me. I was able to get the First name and Last name of the account and using the "can not log into my account" function in the WoW website, i was successful at getting the account back. Below are the logs of Virtua and I talking on skype in regards to the issue. Throughout the conversation, you see my reaction to getting scammed. (btw look at the times we are talking, around the same time i got home)




Once i got the account back a SECOND time. I checked my skype to see if Ayakambing recieved my last few messages and he hasnt logged back on to skype until after i texted him sunday afternoon. At this point, i decided to create a totally new email bc i thought that Ayakambing was able to get moderate control of the account because i used my personal email (which is also my paypal email). I created a new email and moved the account to that email address thinking it would solve my problem. I began to play until it was 4 in the morning. After i was done, i went to sleep and didnt wake up until 1:30 in the afternoon (i had the day off) I get back on my computer and my password ONCE AGAIn does not work. I am pissed off at this point, trying to get in touch with Ayakambing. I was able to get a phone number through his skype (it was his GFs phone i think) She told me, through text, she will talk to "Ayakambing" (i have the text messages if you need them). These are the emails i received when i couldn't log in on Sunday.



Another three more account pw recoveries while i was asleep.



Now, the ticket that was changed to "answered" was done by me because i thought it was in regards to a totally diff issue. If you look at the logs, i ask Ayakambing which toon has or had the "Deadly Gladiator" title and mount. He tells me that the toon was XFERRED off the acount. I opened a ticket in regards to that. When i got the account back, i though that was what they were inquiring about, however, it was someone else trying to get the account back.
If you look at the picture below, it says "customer was able to confirm previous email. Only emails that were previous to that one when I had the account was my personal email and the one i just made. Both are GMAIL accounts, not hotmail as indicated below. SO clearly that was not me. I didn't open that ticket. I do take responsibility for marking it as "resolved" because like i said, i thought it was concerning another issue. Here is the pic


I don't know how much more detailed i can get. i can prove where i was and when it was. If you need a pic of my work schedule, i can provide that. If you need proof of my where abouts, i can prove that as well.

That is kinda the assumption i took. After i bought the account and i left at 7:30, you didn't log back in until after i texted you Sunday afternoon. I escalated it because i was trying to get your attention since Saterday morning.

If you look at the picture below, it says "customer was able to confirm previous email.

That reply in that ticket is not from a Blizzard support staff, it's from the account itself. You could have just replied to that yourself. I don't see Blizzard saying anywhere that the original email was confirmed.

This image also shows that before 9:25am someone WAS logged into the account and contacted Blizzard support in-game. How could someone be in-game if all that happened were password resets that were not successful?

From your screenshots it seems up until 9:25am that only the password was being reset, but it was never actually reset since all the emails went to your email account and you never completed the password reset.

There is no ticket showing that Blizzard had ever recalled the account, so how could someone be in-game talking to support if it's not you or someone you gave the login info to? You need to explain this to me because I don't see how it's possible.

OK this is what i found upon further research. I should have done this first, apologies.


Before he sold me the account, he was apparently hacked. (if i knew this i wouldn't have bought it) This is Ayakambings email btw.


Here is another email indicating what i just said. It would appear that the same person that is hacking/hacked him is doing it to me now. would explain the steal price on the account he sold me.


Someone had been trying to take the acc back since before i bought it. I ourchased it at 7:00 pm
This acc was JUST being returned to him a couple of hours before.

As far as the ingame situation goes. An OO can log on to wow, open a gm ticket and say that his "main account" got hacked or whatever by providing the original account name. GMs will investigate. A lot of people that play WoW, in this market in particular, have more than one account to pull this off.

Well i have to go be at work. IDK what else i can provide. This is literally everything from my gmail to the wow ticket history.
In the time span, it would be impossible for me to sell the acount when my allibi states i wasn't home majority of the time until saterday morning (1:30ish) and Sunday morning (around 1:30 also)

Friday - I buy account at 7:00pm
i play for 30 minutes tops bc i had to be somewhere at 8:00 with friends.
i return SATERDAY - morning at 1:30 i play until 3:00AM (after i recovered account P/W). I slept until 10:00AM because i had to be at work from 11:00-6:00. I get home around 6:30 only to get dressed and go back out with gf and friends Saterday night. I get back home SUNDAY morning at 1:30 again, i play until 4:00AM (after i got account p/w back) I wake up Sunday around 12-1pm Account is locked.

Can someone confirm this to me that this sort of thing happens?

Ayamkambing the Blizzard tickets show that the same day you sold the account to knicks123 you recovered it after reporting it stolen the day before. Please explain this. Did you tell knicks123 it was recently hacked before the sale? knicks123 is saying he was unaware. If you did tell him post proof.
