Yes he fully refunded it on paypal and now I'm in - too

And I told him to use f&f just to avoid this but it seems like he didn't used that or idk cuz when I opened the transaction it didn't have any fees whatsoever so idk how he was able to refund

All I had to do is fill out a form on riots site and then I instantly got this.
