So last year my account got hacked and I quit playing wow. Recently I jacked it back and to my surprise the guy leveled a level 80. I made a new account and xfered it off haha. I was wonder, is there any way that they hacker can steal this 80 toon back? by reversing the transfer? i know WoW can reverse transfers from different realms when compromised. But I am not sure about different account.

If you are not the OO you are screwed.
Trust me I know from expereince.
The account you set up and transfered to will be closed when he files an unauthorized transfer complaint.
You will be out the cost of a new account + transfer cost.
If you are the OO then you will have to send in the id and possible notarization , then the transfer will go through and the new account will be unfroze etc.
If you are not the OO and conat prove so , all that will happen is you wil be out your new account plus the old account will be froze as well.

If you are the OO of the original account then you are ok.
If you are not , and just made up a new account yourself to move a character to try to protect it after you tried to scamm it, it can be closed until the ownership and transfer can be verified it was made by the true owner.
Otherwise people could just get your info , trade on sites like markee , get your info , make new account/transfer and bam free new account without any means of the OO getting it back.
After reading your post , it seems very odd that after a whole year you finally decide now out of the blue to recall it?
It seems to me that you are more or less asking for advice on how to scamm someone or recall but by trying to appear to be the victim here .
What it boils down to , the OO will end up with the account no matter what. If neither of you are the OO involved in the recall war , the account will end up frozen for good until notarization is sent in.
If you are in fact the OO then I apologize for the mistake and you have noting to worry about. It may take some time and a few faxes of your ID in to blizzard but eventually you will end up wiht your account back.
