I bought a genshin impact from ollie i played for about a week then stop playing for a few days when I was trying to log back on the account it wasn't letting me even though i was typing the right email and password but it still wouldn't let me get into the account I tried everything and nothing worked.
Other details / notes:
My account was offline for 10 days i told my friends to keep a eye on it in case someone would login in and they did log in and have been getting on and playing on my account all weekend.
