Account closed, pls help

Problem my girlfriend moved in with me. We did not realize we could not both have an account on the same IP address.
Hers got closed mine did not.

She just upgraded this morning. Sent her ID, verified phone #, $10 paypal payment. Then she got an account closure an hour later.

I am willing to delete my account, as I am only a casual user. Random in-game cards sold on a game I play. She is a verified Paypal and eBay member who is expanded to other sites. I will also upload my ID to show we are two very different people.

Please help

She needs to email support and get it unlocked. this is not handled through forum posts.

She is banned, she can not email. I was told to post here when I emailed. Jeez no help anywhere, just getting sent in circles

simply have her just log out of account and send email.
They will have to decide if both accounts will be allowed open.

It has to be done via email to confirm identity.

1) jasonmc79, your registration email is the same email as your girlfriends Paypal email. Her name is on the Paypal account. Do you share email accounts and Paypal accounts also?

2) Your account was registered first, your account will receive the verification upgrade. The new account will remain closed.

3) She or you disputed the Paypal payment. This is immediate cause for a life-time ban. You must immediately close this dispute. If it's not closed within 24 hrs both accounts will be permanently banned.
