so i was trying to sell my account yesterday and the buyer sent me the amount of money i wanted for the acount in paypal. i saw the money there and i had the right balance amount in paypal. so right then i figured i had the money and it was mine now. about 5 mins later the money he sent me was "recalled". leaving me with no money in my paypal balance and no WoW account. luckily i got the account back today, but can anyone help me with this? anyway to make sure that they cant "recall" there money after so i dont get scammed?
