What is the dispute about?

My account was blocked for security reason.

After I purchased, account was blocked for security reason,

Contacted cashne no response.

ANet said that the blocked was for "malicious" intent

which means that seller has attempted to recover the account and has gotten the account locked.

As there is a moderator involved none of me or Salt is going to handle this.

I am going to tag @EpicNPC but I will provide all information I have.

- The first account owner was @skz123qaz , he sold the account to @cashne https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/omega-high-end-account-god-of-wvw-account-value-350k-up.1928806/
- Cashne sold the account to @xPureblood and full registration info was included together with the email - I was MM for this transaction
- About 10 days later xPureblood informed me that account is locked for security reason, I told him to submit a ticket and wait on a response
- Yesterday, 06/16 support replied and the final response was that account is permanently closed for"high risk or malicious behavior"

Account is probably banned for RMT but I was unable to find anything except a message that Cashne was talked in-game about selling the same account. (I am not sure if support noticed this message or not)
- xPureblood also informed me that all he did is an infusion upgrade but am not sure if this was able to trigger an alert or was something that previous owners did. From this point I would like to Admin take a neutral investigation about this case
 
May 9 - skz123qaz sells to cashne
June 2 - cashne sells to xPureblood

Evidence shows that "3 weeks ago" the owner of the account was discussing selling accounts in-game. 3 weeks ago is around May 27th when cashne had the account.

Email was updated May 9th to cashne's email address. That email address was then given to xPureblood during the June 2nd sale. It's possible xPureblood changed the information again, this might have caused some suspicious activity since email and country information changed twice in 2 months causing the lock.

When the unlock request was submitted, during the review it's likely ArenaNet saw that inbox message about selling accounts and decided to keep the account permanently locked.

I think the only solution at this time is to have @skz123qaz contact ArenaNet support and claim the account was hacked/stolen. Since that was before the inbox message, perhaps they can unlock and restore the account to him. If recovered you guys will have to wait some time before reselling so it doesn't get locked again.

cashne should refund xPureblood since he caused the problem. Once skz123qaz recovers the account, he and cashne can decide what to do. If you can't come to an agreement, then I'll try to find a compromise.

I did not change any information, to prove this, @Angel has access to the email and is able to see, only thing I've changed which was the password which at the point in time was a Ok sign told to me.

Fair point. I have over 3k usd worth of infusions in the account (I'll take a Loss on this.) but I know the standard EpicNPC protocol, acc value =/= Time of purchased value. So are you able to get @cashne to refund me I'm super done with this account and want to move on with the case.

If you need further evidence, I can provide that all my other accounts / ex main are all safe. and not banned even thought they're the same "IP" so it's only this account that got yoinked.

Further adding, I've tried to contact @skz123qaz multiple times on discord, to no avail. Only person with access to contacting him is Cashne. which I don't even know if he'll reply as Discord is not as "used" as a social media platform as others in Taiwan.

This is just false, you can ask any seller, transfering using GUILD BANK, does not trigger any security checks, and I did not transfer all at once, I've did it periodically using trades. On overflow, I have over 300k in transactions so everything is DOCUMENTED. so what you're saying that will trigger a security check is false.

Selling accounts here before without problems doesn't mean a problem won't appear. I've sold accounts worth 6-7k and never had an issue, does that mean I won't have an issue in the future? no.
In fact they are, you used the EXACT SAME email to contact support, which they managed to linked and decided to close the account. they've escalated to the highest Support and decided that it was high risk / malicious intent.
You didn't even delete the mail when you send the account. you not only did RMT on the acc, you also linked it into a 2 previous banned accounts. at this point I don't even know what to tell you.

If you send thousands of gold worth of items especially infusions .. Anet has been investigating all duplicated item from a streamer and is cleaning out all the malicious items. I have provided every single detail from the previous transaction of the account which is also handled by a MM.

This is not true, if this was. All my accounts would've been hit. and Overflow would've been a **** show, "Overflow" = a Trading platform that is ALLOWED by ArenaNet.

High risk / "Malicious intent" does not mean malicious items. It just means it's been investigated and linked into the account,

And IF I was the one who conducted High risk / "Malicious intent" Won't all my other main that's the same IP be banned as well?

all proofs showed has nothing to do with the said account at all . Check your logs on all the transaction from the original owner to the last transaction done . Thank you . Do it neutral i know all of you are epicnpc moderators

It's been 4 days and @skz123qaz has not replied.

cashne is claiming the images you posted are not for the same account he sold you.

xPureblood can you take another screenshot from ingame showing a full screenshot so I can see the character username. Also for the support ticket you submitted, please post another image of that full ticket so I can see what account it was for.

This is impossible as account is being locked, the account he mentioned and the account the was suspended are two different accounts, However they're linked to the same exact email which is [email protected] (Support ticket)

So when account was blocked for security check, I tried to get it unblock and it lead to investigation of several levels.

Which ends up being investigated to High-risk/Malicious behavior.

High-risk/Malicious behavior can mean many things, one of it might be @skz123qaz attempted to recover the account, hence it was locked. and when 2 different email sent to ANet, they'll be suspicious.

Another one can mean that it they have detected RMT. and decided to keep the account locked.

The email in the support ticket is the same email give in the sale. However this only confirms that the account is locked for abuse.

You posted that the account was locked on the 15th, but on the 17th you posted an image of the inbox showing cashne was talking about account selling in-game. xPureblood how did you get that inbox image 2 days after it was locked?

he didn't delete the previous support e-mails so I had access to all of them, and it was 2 accounts that got blocked/banned. using the email Cas***[email protected]. which I've provided the screenshot several times.
I have not see any images showing 2 separate accounts with that email were banned/locked, only one.

Can you give me the ArenaNet login info so I can access the account via the website? I can then review the support tickets and more easily make a decision.

he claimed it was his taiwanese friend, but 3 weeks ago he had the account, and it looked like it was a "conversation" so I highly doubt so.
 
I thought you can still access the website with the login info to check support tickets, no?

I've raised this concerns but the account has never been able to login to see support ticket because it changed email, raised this many times, and it was kinda making me suspicious.

as I'm unable to see previous tickets, it kinda left me feeling uncomfortable.

Man, to be honest this purchased broke soo many of my rules, it raised soo many red flags it felt like a minesweeper game.

lesson learnt and it won't happen again.

Evidence shows that inbox message was posted at the time when Cashne had the account and the chat confirms this.

Since the account is now banned, we will assume it's due to talking about selling in-game.

May 9 - skz123qaz sells to cashne
May 27 - inbox message about RMT
June 2 - cashne sells to xPureblood

@cashne will have to issue a full refund to xPureblood for the banned account.

cashne if you have any evidence that those message were from skz123qaz friend's please post it here? You said in the chat that "they keep messaging me". Did you ever report that to skz123qaz ? If yes, please show that chat.
