What is the dispute about?

November 17 I bought WoW classic account from @GrandBooster
I never logged in game, just changed password on site.
Few days later I found that account was banned 7 hours after purchase for gold selling reason "Abuse of the economy". I contacted seller but we didn't find agreement.
Seller claims he didn't sell gold from this account, but sells it from other accounts, however he says nothing else is banned. Since I cooperate with gold sellers - I know if you sell gold from one account, other accounts on same PC / IP are under risk too.
I don't log on accounts usually, so I never have such problems with bans.

* Blizzard won't share any details about ban, so it's pointless to try. But I can give access to owner back if you still want to try luck.

yes that is 7hours after we deal'' but you inform me not 7hours its almost 1day,
blizzard cant banned for guildbank transfer is not getting banned for sure but that account is not selling gold anytime because i have another toon that only selling gold but not this > sending by face2face or mailing or via Autionhouse
i sell gold sometime via guildbank only but not on that account..either if you can ask some of the player on wow or booster the guildbanks transfer safest way to sell gold usually ingame,,
an according of that i have no account banned since i played classic ...

i can refund you emediately ...55$ but i want to get back my account 100%no banned on my hands
so i can play again ''remember account was banned is under or yours

were there any previous violations on the account? 7 hrs is really fast, normally temp bans or warnings are given for the first offense.

Blizzard doesn't give any warnings or temp bans for that
Gold selling is always permaban on caught
