What is the dispute about?
The account was marked as banned about a week after I started playing it. I don't use any programs and I don't interact with other players. The Steam account itself had the password changed about 2 or 3 days later.

Other details / notes: I never changed the password for the Steam account because the email that it showed being linked to it wasn't the one that the seller said it was. It was [email protected] or something like that. The linked email to Steam is now something that starts with a K and it's nothing I have and it's not the same one given to me during the transaction.

Now that I notice it, the account that is now linked to the Steam account is the same as what his Paypal account is. I now believe that he took back the Steam account and then took back the Wiz101 account using the ORIGINAL email which is the same as his Paypal account. He quit responding to me when I told him about the issues.

This is a complete lie and just slander, I didn't just stop messaging, I said I'd look into but there is not much that I can do you have the information to change/ do anything with account, obviously you had to have done something because they would unbanned you if you were fine, I can't control people getting banned, also saying I took it back because my email is [email protected] and the steam is showing k just is purely stupid to assume, I don't know what proof epic wants but I can provide whatever

That is the email you gave me and you said you were the original owner.

Before when I tried to log in, it would say banned. Now it's going through but not to the email I had provided. That means it's unbanned and it just so happens that the Steam account matches up with the Paypal address you provided.


The TG also told oyu to change the Steam to [email protected] but you told me it was [email protected]. Now it's back to something that seems to match your Paypal address and the only ones who knew Steam was changed to epicnpc123 was you and the TG. Matter of fact, you acted like you didn't know what I was talking about with the Steam account address as shown here:

I hate having to resort to this but I'm not doing without my money or the account. The clues here seem to point in one direction.
 
Adding this photo to show I emailed them from the [email protected] address that was told to me to be the original account address. That also odd as the gmail account seems to have been created the same day I bought the Wizard account but I hardly think that there was time to create and gear 2 160s and a 150 in less than 24 hours, as the Wizard account would have been created for before the 26th of January and could not have been the original email address.

Yeah, it's totally a reach that the Steam account was changed even though the only two people who knew it was changed to epicnpc123 was you and the TG and it just happens to start with the same letter and is the same amount of letters. Total reach. Also, it's odd that you've not once responded to the fact that your post said you were the original owner yet Kingsisle says the email you gave me is NOT the original email. I've bought several accounts from here and am still playing. Like I said to you and KI, I don't use cheats and I don't interact with other players. So I didn't "mess up". You did. Even on the remotest chance that I did, that would have nothing to do with the Steam account just happening to be back under your email address.

I genuinely have nothing to do with anything that has happened, the email I gave you actually the email I used to make the wizard101 account, the steam account isnt under my email, I don't have access to the steam account, I have no access to the steam account or the wiz account, Just like you say you've bought multiple accounts and still are playing them doesn't mean much, I have sold multiple accounts those being high end ones and they have had no issues at all even going so far to make custom requests from me, I don't know what possibly you want me do to when I legit can't help you when I dont have any access to that stuff anymore, and the steam i dont have access to either its not under my email like you are claiming, my paypal email is strictly used for selling stuff on here and on other sites, its not connected to other things. I have said I am and was the original owner and that was the email used, I don't buy accounts off other people, I personally am a solo act, I hand level and do everything myself.
 
If you're the original owner, you're able to give KI and Steam your credentials to recover the accounts. Their sites even say that.

Which I never did, I haven't done anything with the account since I sold it to you, Its unfortunate its like this but I guess we will see where this goes from now on, I'm honestly being very genuine when I am saying i quite literally have done nothing in any sorts to try and take the accounts back, again I guess we'll see what happens from here on
 
There is nothing to see. If you were the original owner, you can literally contact them and give them information that you would have, ie purchase history, CC info, etc.

All it would take is contacting them with that information. If you don't have any of that then you either aren't cooperating or you weren't the original owner as you claim.

The email and phone number its saying aren't even mine my phone number doesnt even end in 2457 like its saying and you said it said the phone number ended in 68 which clearly it doesnt if its saying 2457 is the phone number used, I haven't bought any game cd keys to redeem and I didnt use paypal on the steam account as thats stupid to do since I was planning on selling it, I've only ever used wizard101s own prepaid cards to buy anything. You say i took the steam account back which isnt even possible as I never used paypal/steam wallet codes/ or redeemed any game keys on it, as I said I've only used wizard101s own gift cards to buy things on the game, at this point I guess we see what paypal thinks because clearly this is going nowhere and some of these things you are saying are far reaches

My phone ends in 2457 which is what I told them. The phone attached to the account ends in 68. The email is yours. You haven't been able to prove it's not and you haven't even bothered acknowledging that you either don't want to contact KI or Steam or you're not the original owner as you claimed. If you were, all you'd have to do is contact them and retrieve the accounts and give them back if you're not the one who took them in the first place.

The email isn't even mine my guy, what is this proof you want. I can't just go into random peoples emails. I did contact KI they told me the same thing obviously I don't have the OG email you have it and steam isnt gonna help me when you have all the information

I do not have the original email, I literally posted the screenshot where they said the shikari gmail isn't the original.
 
Again, all you have to do is contact KI and Steam with stuff showing you're the original owner to have it recovered. And why haven't you posted a screenshot showing you contacted KI and were told you're not using the original email? Steam literally says in that email reply that showing proof of purchases etc will show ownership. If you were truly the original owner, you'd have that information. Really it seems like you're just stalling.

Yes, at this point he's already made a case with paypal so I already submitted all the information needed to paypal and am just waiting for them to resolve it, says it should be resolved by the 25th of February

@EpicNPC CM I can do whatever you need me to do to try and somehow resolve this but at this point I'm just waiting on paypal to see what happens, I've done nothing wrong and he got everything that he paid for the moment access was given to MM to change for him and he got the information it's out of my control
 
It literally says in the communication with Steam that in order to prove ownership, you can provide purchase details and original emails, etc. If you're the original owner, these should be readily available to you. And let's be honest, what are the odds that the email on Steam was changed to something that just happens to be the same length as your and begins with the same letter. And then there's the fact that the account isn't banned anymore, as it allows for password reset to be sent to an email instead of giving the usual "this account has been banned" message when trying to log in.

The account's not banned anymore. I clearly stated that. If it was, it would pop up a "this account has been banned" error when trying to log in. It now gives a wrong username/password message and it allows a reset password request to be sent. Check your Paypal address, I bet it's there. And you keep glossing over the fact that as the supposed original owner of the Steam account, you CAN recover it without financial stuff, all you need is your original email and phone numbers if any. There's about 20 websites that show how to do it.

I quite literally have no emails or messages to my number for password resets or anything I can quite literally show the epic staff this information very easily to prove that I didn't receive any of that
 
Paypal has sided with him for some reason but I'm working with my CC to have it overturned. I have proven that it's not banned anymore, which means that someone was able to use the original email to have it reopened and I have shown that the Steam account was recovered in the same fashion. Steam even responded with such information:

The dispute has nothing to do with recovering the account. Even if I won the dispute, you would have the account recovered regardless.

We can continue things once the case is resolved the CM already said that was fine and I'll gladly do whatever they need me to do once that happens
 
For the record, the Steam account password was changed on the 8th but it seems that "someone" made a purchase on it on the 10th.

They actually closed it out Tuesday morning. Surely it doesn't take two days to show closed on someone else's end. There's no reason to wait for Paypal. The account should be recovered regardless. Can we see a time stamp showing that it's still not closed on your end?

Just checked today and its been updated to this, at this point @EpicNPC CM what do you guys want from me, Its already been escalated this far I don't see it going anywhere since its gone this far
