What is the dispute about? The account was banned after months of playing and the seller hasn't provided enough information for me to recover the account.
Other details / notes: I have messaged the seller on EpicNPC, emailed and texted them, all to which they haven't responded yet. I called the seller with the mobile number provided by the trade guardian and I think my phone number was blocked so I have no real way of contacting the seller. I just require some information to send azur lane support to recover the account.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? Yes
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? I was provided with a receipt but azur lane support says it is not enough information
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 3 months
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

I didn't think there was any issue until the seller didn't reply to my text or answer my call. I would just like to talk to him so he can give me the information and I get the account back.
