If you get scammed? If someone scams you its up to paypal to refund. We do not refund you as they are not employees of or pay the site. If thats what you mean.

Okay say you buy an elo boost.
You are actually scammed (no work is done)
You can try recalling money via paypal. Its not a good chance of getting refund honestly.
Now if you buy an elo boost and its does not work out. Not being scammed but does not get finished or takes too long to start. the booster will refund partially or fully depending on situation.
We have a dispute section where we help solve these issues. but if you are actually scammed, by an imposter or scammer odds are you will not receive a refund. Paypal a lot of times sides with seller even if they blatantly scammed because of their virtual goods policy.
Always use id verified members here or premium sellers. Make sure you are speaking to them and not an imposter. Make them contact you here to prove its them. Check the actual skype profile and make sure it matches perfectly. A lot of imposters change letters slightly or add a period at the end to fool you.

Only members who are Verified are allowed to offer Boosting/Leveling services. Because of this there are very few disputes when it comes to boosting. When we do get a dispute, it's usually that the booster didn't finish the boost, but in most cases a partial refund is issued, very rarely does someone actually scam by taking the money and doing nothing.

so if they didnt finish boost we get like half the price back like if i pay 100USD i get 50 back? Im still thinking if i shud get it because i dont want to get scam but i dont think he will scam im having mixed feelings

If you use a booster with good feedback like ELO Coach you will have no problems/worries. They've done hundreds of boosts and have the feedback to prove it.
