about selling account but not in inventory

have a few questions about what i wrote on title
i do this kind of thread on honkai marketplace, and post was removed.
cause of removal is MM service

so the question is
1. does this thread consider as mm service? cause the seller even didnt have actual picture or price what they are offerings.
2. are epicnpc already allowed this service?

You cannot offer an item if you don’t have it in your possession. You need to have it in your inventory to offer it.

Otherwise it is considered as a Middlemen services which is NOT allowed.

The seller must have full login access to all the accounts they are listing for sale.

Reselling accounts is fine, but that person must give the account to the seller while they try to sell it. If you do not have full access, then we consider that to be a middleman service and the thread will be removed. Multiple violations will result in a ban.

Images are not enough. The seller should be able to complete the sale without the account owners help.
