Able to use UK PSN account in the US?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask however I'm currently selling a UK account and most of the people interested are from the US.

I was just wondering if they'd have any problems trying to log in/buy things with my account?

From what I read, PSN accounts are not region locked, but DLCs are.

So if you have EU games, transfer the PSN account to US, or vise versa, the buyer won't be able to buy any DLCs for those games.

If the buyer doesn't plan to purchase DLCs for any of the games on your account, then it shouldn't matter what region they're in.
