All my sub heroes including Immortep, Champion, Snow, and Pally are in the range of 130 - 152. Majority of them are over 140 w/ skill lvl 3-4.
As you can see I haven't spent as much on the talent rolls as it isn't necessary to stay in the top (and hence the acc is relatively cheap). I can easily take down any opponent in Arena or in Lost Realm. I've been in the top 30 arena for more than 9 months (Nov 2013 - Jul 2014). Can always climb up again as I want.
If you know CC well enough you'll know $1k is nothing compared to what I've spent money and time wise. Shoot me an email [email protected]. I might have some room for negotiation.
