I am the original owner but the account is not in my name because I don't use my real name for WoW anymore (employers frown upon finding out someone plays WoW).
In good standing, never been banned or suspended.
Account might or might not come with Starcraft+Brood War attached (not sure if I can remove it from battlenet).
