A guy has filed false claim on paypal and is asking for refund! HELP PLS!

This guy after completely receiving the account ownership has false file a claim against me that he hasn't received any account. He is also reselling my account at higher price ( https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/sel...4500-accounts-t500-accounts-and-more.1407365/ ).

EPICNPC please help me with this scammer.
