Not sure what exactly I'm looking for yet, but do know this:
--MUST MUST be on a PVP server (ABSOLUTE)
--ONLY ALLIANCE PVP characters unless its a significant gear upgrade
--Transfer Up is a plus, but not mandatory, 30day cool down ftw (mine still has like 20 days)
--PVE gear is a big plus, but more than likely I am more focus on the PVP gear level of your character(s)
That's really the only circumstances.
My female night elf rogue comes with Full Vengeful (minus shoulders, was saving for season4) with dual s3 maces, both enchanted with mongoose, and vindicator's everywhere else and ALREADY has the s4 Brutal gloves and Guardian belt.
Character also contains many pre-bc weapons, armor, and other various items, and also has the rare Winterspring Frostsaber mount and a Black war talbuk.
