1) SixtyAka is indeed a MALE. I have him as a friend on Facebook you idiot.

2) SixtyAka TRADED (he did not BUY the Shaman) you a VERY undergeared Paladin for that Shaman and you even offered to move the Paladin off of the account. Why on earth would you downgrade like that...unless you knew that Shaman account was not secure? Talk about being a hypocrite.

3) That Shaman account went from you (KcJ) -> SixtyAka -> Me in the span of week. You say that is has been WHORED around MD. Another fabrication.

4) I was originally going to refund Tan, but that was contingent on me getting the Shaman back. The Shaman account was put under a new Battle.net account during the time that I had given the information to Tan and the time that I had stated that I would give him a refund. Again, the only way that an account can be removed from one Battle.net account and moved to another is if the OOs ID is faxed in.

5) You stated that you had a copy of Hernan's ID when you never did. Another lie/fabrication.

KcJ, you need to refund SixtyAka with a new account for the one that you screwed him out of.

I have tried to reimburse you with a new account, but according to our previous discussed conditions, this matter is void. I had stated that I do not offer refunds and that I would help you do anything needed to retrieve the account back.

Now, here are your choices: 1) you can take the druid back and put it on a new account or put an authenticator on it, or 2) you can ask KcJ to give back the shaman that he is trying to steal out from everyone pretending that people will not notice.

Now, I am sure that the OO would be MORE than happy to work with me and you and figure out what is going on and we can get everything sorted.

I would have been MUCH more accomadating to you Tan, but the moment that you bring KcJ into the situation, is the moment that you start getting ignored. You "sicked" him on me and because of that, I have lost equal respect for you.

I believe I was more than helpful over the course of the weekend, but the moment that KcJ started running his mouth, well...it hurt you more than helped.

I am willing to work with you and with the Original Owner to figure out what is going on with the Druid. But, as stated above, my responsibility ends there. You will have to deal with KcJ on your own.

Wed, Feb 18, 2009 at 1:44 PM: I called Blizzard, got the account back, sent an email to Shane, and gave him the new info via AIM (Miranda)

Sat, Feb 21, 2009 at 10:39 PM: Shane sent me an email saying: "Just wanted to let you know that the account was recalled once again. It happened on the same day that you recalled it"

Sun, Feb 22, 2009 at 4:16 AM: Sent to Shane my ID so he could take care of it, without asking him more money for it.

Mon, Feb 23, 2009 at 7:09 PM: Shane sent me an email telling me than all the proper info was faxed to blizz, and the account wasn't actually locked. So he asked me to call Blizzard back to get the new info. I contacted him via AIM, and after phoned blizz, i gave him the new info.

Sat, Apr 4, 2009 at 8:13 PM: I tried to contact Shane via his feedback thread and email to tell him than i received an email from Blizzard saying than the account was actually under investigation and if i wanted back i had to call them.

Sun, Apr 5, 2009 at 7:19 PM: Received an email from KcJ (again, i never knew this guy till 2 days ago). Asking me to gave him the info about the druid IF it was recalled by me. Since it wasn't, i contacted him on MSN, and explained him the whole situation about the account.

First at all, i don't understand HOW KcJ had my Email, i shouldn't be on anyway to be involved on all this mess.

That's it.

I think it was on the last recall when all the gear was deleted.

Ive be done more than enough without asking for anything.

As i said before, i faxed to Blizzard some information about my account, plus my ID, and 2 passports from the European Community (Italian and Spanish), BC cdkey and WOTLK cdkey.


And lastly, just you guys know, Shane has been more than a legitime buyer with me.

I have left you many messages on your cell and sometime you have literally shut off your phone on me so it goes straight to voicemail and still no reply with a simple phone call. so should i start recalling my well geared mage i traded you, and also take a loss of the wiring fee+150. the account was recalled friday morning and today is tuesday, i have waited patently for you to refund me the loss . i simply don't want an account from you anymore because the reason of how unreliable you are to reach, you just don't ignore your customer, not return phone call, and block your customer on aim is not very good way of doing business.

So, that makes the "WHORED" account listing -> KcJ -> SixtyAka -> Me -> Tan. Also, please calculate the days from 3/29/09 to 4/5/09 (the account was given to Tan then). That counts as one week.

This correspondence from the Original Owner has been sent to several administrators for review.

Its soo true shane did offer a shaman to me but i simply rejected the account due to its gear, also the fact that i was on it when it had around 4k gold and alot mats. Also the fact that the gold and mats was part of the toon's restoration and the items/gold coming from from blizzard ingame mail, i knew it was not safe at all. I am still waiting for an equal geared druid or my money back from shane...

The druid was MINE, so I have every involvement in this as whatever Shane gives Tan is mine.


He gave Tan a shaman that has BEEN WHORED around MD these past few weeks, xfer down, 1 gear set and no gold.

Shane can ask for a refund why? So you are saying if I buy an account off the original owner that is completely safe on his end, he never messes with it and I get the account scammed, recalled, banned, locked 2/3 times and I threaten the OO to recall it everytime for me or else I am going to open up a paypal claim and take back my money (EVEN THOUGH THE ORIGINAL OWNER DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO THE ACCOUNT AND HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT EXTREMELY WILLING TO HELP FOR MY MISTAKES) and he does help me retrieve it, and than months later I get it closed/hacked/recalled ONCE again I can just go back to the original owner and be like give me my money back?

Shane offered Tan my previous Shaman, a SHAMAN TO WHICH HE DOESNT EVEN OWN.

I recently sold this Shaman to SixtyAKA here on the forums, its been in the possession of atleast 6 owners in the past 2 weeks, its whored around, transfer down, and a worthless account now.

Once I saw KH tried pawning this account off to Tan, Thats when I stepped in, KH is trying to pawn his problems on to other people so he doesnt have to do any work.

KH owed SixtyAKA cash for that shaman and she was never paid, she already has the shaman back in her possession after finding out KH tried pulling this...

I laughed when Shane said he can't pay her because he needs rent money, Isnt rent due at the beginning/end of the month.

I mean shane you have been buying/selling accounts here now for months, are over on talkfreelance offering $300 for website design but yet you cant pay for an account or reimburse a legit client?

Im sorry but i completely disagree about this part.
I sold him my account 2 months ago, after that is not my responsibility if anything else happens to it.
Right after i sold it to Shane...the account was hacked twice...that account has been on my power almost 3 years and never had a single problem.

Sad part is when you are actually a genuine seller on markeedragon, you can actually get [censored] up for stuff like that.

You sold him a 100% legit WoW account, you wanted out of the game and rightfully so sold it legitly.

Shane had the account compromised ON HIS END 2/3 times and you have gone above and beyond and helped him.

You sold him a 100% legit account, he messed up and got it recalled, hacked, who knows what he did with it as we all know his ways and ways in the past. I wouldnt doubt its him with the account as we speak now.

Yes, that account was bought back in January 2005, i got all three cdkeys (actually i need to look for the WoW Vanilla cdkey since Blizz needs that info right now)
For the past few days ive been talking with KcJ and Shane on aim/email and IM WORKING TO GET IT BACK...believe me, i dont wanna deal with this kind of stuff anymore.
This is gonna be my last time trying to get it back, if any of you guys (i don't even know who's the Owner of the account right now) want to sell me the account again, ill take it.
So everyone will be happy and im gonna be the only one dealing with all this mess.
By the way, Shane sent me an email asking for a refund, i said YES, even after the account got hacked a hundred times, then KcJ says to me to not paid anything to Shane for the account.
To be honest guys, i'm lost. who's right?

So, let me see if i can get the account back and then after that i wanna talk with the current owner, so i can buy it back.

Just in talking with the OO, he stated he purchased, And yes he told meyou offered him $250 without ID, $275 with his ID.. He didnt exactly make it clear whether or not he purchased the account or cd - keys.. Yes I have his ID also now.

And also, the account you reimbursed Tan with was a Shaman by the old name of Ancientz, MY former Shaman.

Tan doesnt want a whored around account, with xfer down, 400g and absolutely no where near close to value of the druid.

I'm here to make sure you don't f*ck over Tan like you are trying to do.

He paid you $150 Western Union ($15-20 WU Fee) and a pretty much INSANE Mage -- And you are trying to pawn him off with this sh*t account?

I acquired this account via BMZ aka Tan.

Contacted the original owner about this issue also.

KH told Tan this was a SAFE account when he originally purchased.

2 weeks after i sold the account to him he sent me an email telling me the account was recalled and a Paypal dispute was called up (as you can check on Shane's Feedback thread)....when i received the dispute on my personal email, called blizz and got the account
1 day after THAT...the account hacked and Shane told me to get it back plus he had to wait a few days to get all the stuff back...since it was deleted.</div></div>


Now I am sorry Shane, if you say you are selling safe accounts, that is complete BS, we don't want the druid.

We want cash or a equal/ better account.
