What is the dispute about?: I told him several times that I want a USA FB account buy He deliberately sold me a non USA Facebook account

Other details / notes: He asked me several times which country profile I needed and I told him USA, but he sold me a Philippines profile instead (Philippines profile is $5 and I have those in bulk already) why will I pay $20 for what I already have in bulk???

Few minutes before he gave me the login info he changed the profile picture and put a random American picture, this shows that he deliberately sold me a wrong product. After that he refused to reply my messages just like all other scammer

Thanks for your prompt response boss. Kindly find attached a screenshot I took from his post, as you can see the WhatsApp number he posted is the same, he posted his WhatsApp number on almost all his thread.

You are a bad seller, before paying you I told you I wanted USA Profile but still you deliberately sent me a Philippines Profile instead. I have all the evidence against you

It was not a mistakes, you deliberate sold me a Philippines Acc.
