Been trying to practice playing on mobile lately, I don't really care about the skins on the account. The account must be TIER 3 or higher (elk/croc) !!! I am dual faction so I prefer if neither were at tier 1, but I don't mind the grind.
I'd also like to reiterate: I TRULY DO NOT CARE WHICH SKINS ARE ON THE ACCOUNT, but I'd prefer if it was less so I can afford it! I can pay through PayPal or giftcard (CAD or USD)

I can also offer Genshin accounts if you're into that! I have an account with Ganyu and Qiqi, another account with Klee, Eula, Mona, Qiqi. They are both early game. (can also add all of these ontop of money if you're into that lol)
