As the title suggests, I am looking for a North America based account that has a C5/C6 5*character (that is not the traveler)
Budget is 400$. I can also offer a NA (14x5*) AR 53 with C4 Venti and rare UID (60003XXXX)

I’d prefer to purchase an account for cheaper, simply having a C5/C6 5*character does not mean I will purchase it.
- AR/MC Gender DO NOT matter to me
- I prefer units like Ganyu, Xiao, Hu tao, Tartaglia (to an extent), Venti (to an extent), Zhongli (to an extent), Albedo (to an extent), Keqing (to an extent), Diluc (to an extent)
