Pretty much barebones some have some decent gear, all will be very very good in heroics and Tier 1/2 Raiding. Here is the breakdown with highlights of what each toon has:
Wizard: Ethereal Neck, Non-Relic Class Cloak: Level 100 Sage
Dirge: Has pretty good gear: Level 100 Alchemist, Max Transmuting, Max Tinkerer
Assassin: Ethereal Charm: Level 100 Provisioner
Mystic: Relic Class Cloak
Fury: Relic Class Cloak
Monk: can easily tank all Heroics
SK: Has sick appearance gear, Aeteok etc, full SF Tier 3: Level 100 Jeweler
Illusionist: Tier 3 pieces
Beastlord: meh gear
Warlock: meh gear
Guardian: Relic Class Cloak
Templar: pretty good gear can easily raid
