The account is tier 1 as far as progression goes with full yellow sets for PvE and Impenetrable purple sets to get enough damage mitigation in PvP. The screenshots lay most of it out but the character has gotten Emperor 9 times and is one of the first if not the first character in the game to get the 1 million damage achievement in Cyrodiil. Both trials have been completed with sub 15 minute times and the character has tons of trial loot sitting in the bank for you to mess around with. Asking $130 but open to offers
