Sub 2: Level 80 Stormscreamer

Toon comes stripped for the most part, a few oly augment sticks, some bound +3 seraph jewels, enhanced istina bracelet & hellfire talisman. 10 Erupting vitality potions to help finish the tank to 99 if you choose to do so.
Some skills are enchanted but nothing crazy.
