Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Suggested middleman as a transaction method since we are both new accounts with no reputation. Texanrohan assured me that they were in fact a reputable EpicNPC member and provided a another username for me. I PM'd that member and they indicated that this person was impersonating them.
