Scammed by Flecksa. Please check.

I have reached an agreement to purchase an account of dota 2 by flecksa on skype for 115$. He acted as if he was helpful and cooperative but as soon as he received the money he blocked me and disappeared. He is also denying that on this forum acting like nothing happened. Attached is the skype conversation between us as well as the proof of payment from pay

Both skype username and Paypal email belong to him.

I have contacted paypal and they will refund my money in a matter of few days. What's important is that he gets banned now from this place.
