Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
I was hiring boosters to do boosting job for me. dommccune contacted me and I gave him a job. I paid him up front 35$ for boosting from Plat 1- Diamond 5.
He played a few games, and got the account demoted to plat 2, and then back to plat 1 10 LP. Then he did not play any games for 3-4 days since now, and did not reply any message on skype for 3-4 days.

I see the account was left at Plan 1, 10 LP, then no activity for 3 days, however it appears someone then completed the boost to D5. There's been no activity since, 3 days ago.

Who finished the boost?

As it appears dommccune made no progress, he'll have to issue a refund for the payment.

We'll give dommccune 48 hrs to respond. Hopefully he'll reply back to resolve this.

It's a booster that I found not from Epicnpc , I can screenshot the conversation even including the username of the Acc in a pm if needed.
