What is the dispute about? I was to be given 6 unranked hand leveled level 30 accoutns with $5 worth of rp on each of them, but ended up with nothing and $23 short.
Approximate value of property: $23 I paid ( the value of it all was $78)
Did you do any background searching before the transaction? A little, I seen that he is very active in this site so I assumed he was more trust worthy aswell as him having feedback and credit
Have you traded with this person before? No , but we were in talks to maybe partner for a " Elo Boosting" service combined with his leveling service.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? 1 or 2 before.
I talked to him on two different skype accounts ( VIa phone and Laptop ) and he removed me on one, after a while of him not responding i think asked him what was going on , on my other skype and he then removed that one aswell.
The deal was for 6 hand leveled 30's ( $10 each so $60 total) with 5$ worth or rp on each one( he charged $3 for the $5 worth of rp which would be 3x6 which is 18+60=$78) There was a "deposit" to start working leveling up the bots and he told me 5-11 days. I haven't been refunded my $20, hes blocked/Removed both my skype's and has yet to provide any information on the accounts
