Hi, so today I received a false negative feedback from a longtime buyer who has decided to scam me (rico61) aka (EdwardMendoZa) his other account.

I've sold over 30 accounts to him in the past, when last week, I gave him two accounts without the STEAM ID on record, meaning I couldn't track the steam profile if something went wrong. (there were 8 accounts sold in that transaction)
About an hour later, he claimed 2 of the 8 accounts didn't work. However when I tracked one of the accounts,using the steam ID I could obtain, the steam profile had been altered, with games bought on it. An argument was made and he argued about how he wouldn't do such a thing.

I let it go until a few days ago when he did the EXACT same thing, he bought two accounts, I gave him one and he claimed it didn't work. I checked the steam ID and he had made a steam profile under his name "Edward!". I refunded money for the second account that was undelivered and blocked and removed him on skype, as he is a scammer with 2 or more epicnpc accounts.
He claimed his name wasn't Edward despite it being his skype name and telling me it was in the past.

He left negative feedback on my page recently, and I would like to get him banned or remove the feedback, as he is a scammer who is very cunning.

Unfortunately I don't have the skype screenshots as I blocked and removed him, but it only takes on look at his profiles to know he is shady.

I have another negative feedback from an impatient buyer that I will dispute, but he is not a scammer, or cunning so that doesn't bother me as much.

And after the feedback issue is resolved. File a dispute against this person if you were scammed. Use the dispute forum and use image proof to prove your claim.

Rico's claim of events is not correct, and if he gives me his skype name I can provide the skype chat as evidence.

Rico took an account and changed the password claiming that the password wasn't working on TWO occasions. (The first time, I gave him new accounts, having to believe him)

On the last occasion (most recent), Rico bought two 6 digit steam accounts for $6 USD (he was one of my most regular customers, so I would sell him accounts for almost no profit margin).

I had delivered one of the accounts, and was just checking up on login details for the second, although I had to take a break before delivering as I had some personal issues to attend to (I am a student).

When I came back, Rico claimed the account I HAD delivered was not working...I checked the STEAM ID (which I specifically kept a log of while dealing with him as last time we dealed, he claimed that the accounts didn't work, and there was only 50% proof that he had claimed it, as I only had the STEAM ID of one of the accounts, while the second he claimed wasn't working, I didn't have a STEAM ID to check the profile.)

The results of the check showed me that he had made the unmade community steam profile under his name, "Edward! which he had claimed in past conversations, was his real name.

He denied all allegations of him stating that his name was Edward, but it was clear to me that the profile had been made in the time I was gone...no one but him had access to the account.

I sent a refund of $3 USD for the second account I was going to deliver, after he had stolen the first account claiming it didn't work. I then removed him on skype, after his second attempt at stealing accounts from me.

All claims that I scammed him are false, and I am requesting Edward to add me back on skype, or give me his skype username so I can share ALL chat logs.

This is a matter I want resolved, as it is not fair that my positive reputation is ruined by a scammer.

i have just this informations from 9th april because i deleted him on skype at the 11th april.
i hope its enough, if not my fault :S but i dont care about the 3 or 6 usd because im pretty sure that i dont got the 2nd account.
i bought over 50 accounts from him and im pretty sure that i dont scamm him. and yes i was eddymondoza here in epicn. i forgett the password for the email also the email adress because
i load the win10 system on my pc and i lost the most informations on my old system, sry about that and my english.

I would like to quickly state rico has lied at least TWICE in this thread, and he only showed the chat logs he WANTS you to see. Just below the chat of last one, he said he was trolling and he was fine with waiting, so don't go with just what you see. I will write up everything soon.

Yeah, the fact that I've sold you over 50 accounts was one of the ways you abused my trust the first time you scammed me, by deceiving me and making me believe a longtime buyer wouldn't do such a thing for 2 accounts.
You paid $6 USD, you got half of that refunded, and one account, meaning you got your moneys worth.

I added rico back on skype, and it auto-accepted because I was the one who removed him on skype last time.
HE THEN REMOVED ME when I say "Hi there." , without any response to give the impression he didn't remove me, so obvious.

Based on the images provided, the above has been confirmed.

A refund has been issued for the 2nd account, so that will be considered resolved.

The dispute is simply about the first account.

Rico's real name is Edward, his old epicnpc account was in his name (Edward Mendoza), and in past chats he told me so. His skype name is also Edward Mendoza or something close to it.

The account, like all of my accounts come with the profile usually unmade ( unless stated ), and with a public profile if made.

After giving it to him the profile is created, under his name "Edward!". This is exactly what happened the first time I had issues with him.

You can't understand the negative feedback? Well this is what it's about, I would've let you off if you didn't leave negative feedback after your second scam attempt on me failed, but of course you had to top it off with ruining my feedback ratio man.
