I offer a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase only in the rare event that EA bans the account, and only if it can be clearly proven that the ban was directly related to the sale. (To date, this has never happened.) If verified, a replace will be issued.
To avoid issues: Do not make in-game purchases from third-party sources or use any cheat/hack tools. Violating EA’s rules can lead to bans, for which I am not responsible.

Had an issue with a SWGOH account caused by changes to the login process made by EA a few months after purchase.

Lost access after 8 months and could not regain it. Seller issued a 1/3 refund as we decided in the dispute that was opened.

 

Great guy. Helped a lot. Very happy.

If you are like my your chief concern is getting scammed... I am happy to report this seller is one of the good ones.

He really bent over backwards for me, and provided way more than is normally expected to assuage my concerns.
