You won't find another elemental shaman this advanced anywhere because 97% of shamans are either resto or enhance. Elemental will overtake enhance as far as dps goes when this next patch comes out no matter which spec you choose to go - Icefury or Ascendance. I have both BIS Legendaries for either spec.
